Biography
Tamar Halpern was born in Los Angeles, California in 1979. She received a BFA from the College of Santa Fe in Santa Fe, New Mexico and a MFA from Columbia University in New York, New York.
Halpern's recent solo and group exhibitions include "What is the meaning and enigma of visibility itself?
